Dave Cox, a successful Silicon Valley C-suite operations executive turned
high-impact executive coach has over 25 years of leadership experience in
the tech industry. In these last five years, Dave has served as coach to
executives and entrepreneurs across diverse industries to enhance their leadership versatility and to drive better results.

Dave has drawn on his extensive experience in hyper-growth tech executive
roles at Cisco, Bluecoat, Lytro, and Gigamon to coach over 75 senior leaders,
to date, to achieve breakthrough results. Dave has walked in his clients' shoes and learned what works and what doesn’t, and is passionate about helping his clients, and their teams, achieve their full potential.

Dave encounters largely the same leadership improvement opportunities, no
matter the leader’s level, company or industry: listening with inquiry, self/team
advocacy, delegation/empowerment, trust/team building, alignment, and
strategic prioritization/planning/execution. By deploying proven methodologies, Dave ensures that his clients achieve the required self-awareness of their respective gaps in order to transform their leadership style into better business outcomes.

With a track record of success across technology (start-ups and established
firms), academia, commercial real estate, logistics, medical, and banking
verticals, Dave is committed to delivering customized coaching programs that
drive lasting results for his clients; initial engagements typically run 6-12 months. Dave closely partners with On Tap Consulting, the Leadership Development Institute and Kaiser Leadership to coach leaders at all levels.
